Booking
We prefer to get on the phone to chat with every client to make sure we're the best fit. Our collections are listed here, but we're also happy to curate a custom proposal for the right fit.
For prep, we send out a digital photography guide after booking. Then we send out a questionnaire two months before the wedding weekend, followed by a planning call with you or your planning team (or both!) to lock in the final details.
delivery & preservation

It's here! Doing good prep ahead of time allows us to be present and creative on wedding day, to create the best images and the best experience possible.
Turnaround time is 6-8 weeks after the wedding, and then delivered in an online gallery. From there, we can discuss how you'd want to preserve your images in print.

When will we receive our photos?
Within a 6-8 weeks of your wedding, you'll receive a link to a digital gallery that will allow you to download high resolution images.
The gallery is also set up to make ordering prints, canvases and other keepsakes as easy as turning on a Roomba to clean your floors. No worrying about tricky things like color correction, DPI and image format.
When do you charge travel fees?
We typically add travel fees on to any wedding outside of a 75 mile radius from our home in Athens, Georgia. Fees vary depending on location so ask us for more details. All fees will be included up front, no hidden fees here!
How many photos are typically included and can we print the photos ourselves?
Galleries typically include anywhere between 700 and 1200 photos. The exact amount varies from wedding to wedding. Your online gallery will come loaded with fully-edited high resolution images you can print anywhere. You’re also welcome to share your wedding photos with loved ones, and online.
Do you provide previews after the wedding?
Yes! With all packages, you'll receive a preview gallery of a few edited favorites from the day to hold you over during the editing process. You can expect these within a week of wedding day, so hopefully right as you're heading back into normal life after your honeymoon!
How are images secured + backed up?
We take image storage very seriously around here. Here are the nitty gritty details: All digital images are shot on cameras with dual card slots on two SD cards, immediately backed up on a hard drive after the wedding, and then backed up again on a second hard drive that's kept in a fireproof safe.
It isn't until the gallery is delivered that we delete any images off of either SD card and images are organized and kept on hard drives indefinitely.
Galleries can be accessed digitally for up to one year after delivery unless otherwise requested. All photos are also backed up via cloud storage through this whole process.
